Welcome to Faith Assembly of Lacey! When you drive down Ruddell Road we encourage you to enter by 30th Ave SE.  Turn right and you will be there!  If you prefer, you may drop off passengers at either the North Entrance or the West entrance and then park.  No parking stall is more than about a one minute walk and if it’s raining, we’ll have someone give you an umbrella. 

What should I expect?
You will be greeted at the door and handed a program.  As you enter the auditorium area, someone else will help you find a seat.  Just make yourself comfortable and enjoy the service.

How should I dress?
Wear whatever you normally wear around a group of people.  Most will come dressed “business casual” but you will see everything from jeans and very casual to some suits and dresses.  Whatever you are comfortable with is fine.  No one will question you about it!

What about my children?
Someone will be glad to show you to classrooms or nurseries attended by trained people who love kids! Ask at the Information Desk or the Guest Services Kiosk in the entry foyer areas.  Sunday school is blended with worship, teaching and hands-on learning to make their experience fun and meaningful.  Click to learn more about nurseries, children, Youth.

What is the style of worship music?
Our style of worship is generally contemporary, but we often sing a hymn in the mix.  A live band and singers will lead in a blend of up-tempo music and slower music. Occasionally there will be a choir. If you know the songs please sing along…if not, sit back and just enjoy it.

 Will I be asked to give money?
No one will ask you for money and there is no obligation to give. You are our guest and we want you to receive when you visit us!  An offering will be received because regular attenders believe in giving to support God’s work and do so joyfully.

Are there classes for adults?
Yes. We offer adult classes on Sunday mornings during both of the Sunday services. Some of these adult classes are age or life-stage specific, while others are topical. You can check them out any time you choose, and still attend the Sunday service during the other service time. These classes offer you the opportunity to meet others and grow. Do you preach from the Bible?
Yes.  It is our standard for faith and conduct and we believe it is God’s word.  To learn more about our beliefs click here.

What kind of church is it?
We are a local church affiliated with the Assemblies of God.

And after church has ended?
